Q: Is your shopping cart secure?

A: All of our payments transactions are handled by PayPal. Once you submit your order, you are transferred to PayPal's secure sever where the payment transaction takes place. PayPal automatically notifies you by email when the transaction is completed and you also receive an email notification from SUNBELT OPTIC confirming receipt of your order.

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Online orders must be returned or exchanged (at customer's expense) within 10 days of your receipt of the product. After inspection, if the returned item is deemed to be in sellable condition; that means unused and undamaged, Sunbelt Optic will refund you for the full amount of the product within 14 business days of our receipt of your package. Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of your order. Orders are normally shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays for orders that are placed before the order cutoff time (see below). If your order is placed on a holiday the shipment may be delayed by 1 day. If your order is placed after the order cutoff time it will be scheduled to ship on the next available shipment day.

If your order does not ship on the standard shipment day, it will ship on the next scheduled shipment day, provided that there are no backorder items in your order. After your order has shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking information included. Free shipping is via USPS First Class Mail. US postal delivery times are not guaranteed.

 

Q: I tried to place an order on your website but it wouldn't add the item to the cart. How can I place my order if the cart doesn't work?

A: If you have trouble ordering online you can email or fax us to place your order. If you choose to email us, simply let us know  the name of the item(s) you want and specifics (frame and lens color) along with your shipping address. We can send you an invoice through PayPal that you can pay on the PayPal web site. If you want to order offline you can download our credit card form and fax us the order along with your payment information.

 

Q: Can I order parts or repair of my Sunbelt sunglasses?

A: We do not offer replacement parts or repair of Sunbelt sunglasses. However, if your sunglasses have a manufacturing defect you can submit a warranty claim.
