Due to the rapidly evolving COVID-19 pandemic we are temporarily not allowing any returns (including warranty claims and repairs) for the safety of our customers and employees. We will be accepting repairs, warranty claims and returns at a later notified date (to be determined).


Online order returns (at customer’s expense) must be requested within 10 days of your receipt of the product. After inspection, if the returned item is deemed to be in sellable condition (that means unused and undamaged) Sunbelt will refund the purchaser of the order for the full amount of the product within 14 business days of our receipt of your package. Anyone other than the original purchaser of the order is not eligible to request or receive a refund or exchange.
If you are requesting an exchange, please allow 4 weeks for processing your exchange order.


Once you submit this form our returns department will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization #. Returns/Exchanges will not be processed without an RMA#. Please monitor your email closely – if our Customer Service department needs to contact you they will only attempt to make contact for five days before closing the claim.
